Shizuo Heiwajima and Izaya Orihara from Durarara, the show currently maintaining my faith in serial animation narrative. Izaya is definitely a villain, but I'm not sure Shizuo counts as a hero- I suppose it depends on what side of the property damage you're standing on. I love his crazy self though!XD
