Ludicrous Skirts 2: Sealquarium

I have a fondness for the ludicrously huge skirts of ages past. Not simple full skirts; the ones that required architectural accommodation and advances in material engineering to function. The ones that look like someone's smuggling exotic wildlife in there.

And heck, maybe they were. Who was going to look?
